What the Heck is?  A Series. What the Heck is Red Light Therapy???  I was looking at popular trends for 2024 the other day. Red Light Therapy kept popping up on my search, so I decided to find out what it was. Let's take a look... What is Red Light Therapy?  According to the Cleveland Clinic, Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low levels of red light to reportedly improve your skin’s appearance, like reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. It’s also touted to treat other medical conditions. A low-power red laser light is used in this treatment. Monthly Motivation Part One- Psalm 46:10 "Trust" Even When God Says No.

Be still and know that God walks beside you. As I think about the words contained in this scripture, the word "trust" comes to mind.  Trust that no matter our circumstances God is in control.   I realize when I quote this scripture that I need to be still, to relax, knowing that God will guide me in the joys and in the difficulties of this life. Thank You, God! Have a wonderful week and remember God walks beside you. God Bless! KathieyV
