We were going on a mini weekend vacation. The drive was from Cary to Ashville. The trip would take about 4 hours. We decided to try to find a stopping point for lunch about halfway. A friend suggested we stop in Hickory, NC. I did some research on Hickory and found the cutest little restaurant with a specialty market attached. The name of the restaurant is Olde Hickory Station.
