Book of the Month Picks for August 2022

 I have been a member of Book of the Month for years.  It is a monthly subscription box.  I pay $15.99 monthly and can choose from a selection of early-release books.  If you don't like the choices or you don't feel like reading, you can skip the month at no charge.

Today is August 1st, so it is time to take a look at my book options on Book of the Month.  When I look over my choices, I refer to Good Reads to read about the book and any ratings and reviews to help me decide.

*The Devil Takes You Home by Gabino Iglesis.  Genre Horror, Mystery, Fiction, Thriller, Crime. *Bronze Drum by Phong Nguyen. Genre is Historical Fiction, Fiction, Asia. "A stunning novel of ancient Vietnam based on the true story of two warrior sisters who raised an army of women to overthrow the Han Chinese and rule as kings over a united people, for readers of Circe and The Night Tiger."

Seven great selections this month.  I skipped last month, so I chose a book this month.  One of the books on the list is on my post Six New Release Books for August 2022 That Caught My Eye.  That book is Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney.  I can't wait to read it.
