A quote from Chimney Rock Village
"Our quaint and quirky village welcomes you with its delightful assortment of hostelries, eateries, attractions, shops and services; the friendliness of the Villagers; the permanence of the mountains; and a state park with an entrance right on Main Street. Come linger awhile with us."
A few photos from my walk through the village...

Yes, this tasting room is coming soon, Burntshirt Vineyards.
Not sure when it will open but it will be beautiful.
There is a Riverwalk. A short walk along the river. Photos coming soon.If you find yourself in the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure area, I suggest you visit Chimney Rock Village. You could walk the one road through the center of town. Be sure to visit Chimney Rock State Park and walk the 500-plus stairs to the top. It is beautiful.
Happy Travels!
