Sephora Play Subscription Box Unboxing Sept 2018 Post and YouTube Video

Image
I have another subscription box to share with you. This one is called Sephora Play the Sept. 2018 Box. This is a monthly beauty box, and the cost is $10.00/month. I found it to be a really fun box.  Check out my photos and video. I enjoyed reading the "Trend Report" that's included in the box. I have to figure out what to do with my play points that you see in the lower right-hand corner.  These points must be something good, right? I totally enjoyed this box.  The price is right, and the products they send are an excellent size to sample over a period of time to see if you would like to add the brands to your beauty routine. Check out my Youtube Channel,  Kathiey's World  for a more in-depth overview of the box. My video is also provided below. I recommend The Sephora Play Subscription Box.   If you like trying new products, it is a bargain and a lot of fun. Here is a link to their site if you want to give it a try.... Sephora P

Crafting: Making a Fall Placemat Pillow. It's Easy!

Image
It is time to decorate for fall.  I thought it would be nice to have some cute fall pillows but the prices on pillows can be crazy high.  I did not want to spend that much, so I went online seeking an alternative to the expensive pillow.  Well, I found the answer.  Making pillows out of placemats. I watched this video " How to make pillows out of placemats " then I headed to Home Goods and then Hobby Lobby to get the supplies. I bought a four placemat set at Home Goods for $9.99. Remember, you have to get the placemats that are double-sided that way all you have to do is rip the seam and start stuffing.  You will need fiberfill.  I found one 12 oz bag filled one pillow.  You will also need a seam ripper, thread and a sewing needle.  These items I found at Hobby Lobby.  Each place matt was double sided.  I decided to rip the seam where the tag for the pillow was sewn in.   That way I could get rid of the label.   My mom was exceptional at
