Travel North Carolina. A Few Things to do in North Carolina in March 2025

  I am always looking for fun things to do in the area.  I decided to take it further and see what events occur in North Carolina in a specific month.  Let's look at a few things you may enjoy in March 2025 in NC.




I live in the Raleigh/Durham area, so I looked for exciting events to attend in March that are within driving distance.  I would love to attend them all!

Things to do in March 2025 in the Triangle Area



Two weekends in March is The Mystic Party, An Interactive Murder Mystery with cocktails in Cary, NC.

Bull City Food and Beer Experience is on March 2nd in Durham, NC.

March 7th-8th is Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto in Chapel Hill, NC.

March 15th is The Raleigh St. Patrick's Day Parade in Raleigh, NC.

Two Weekends 3/22-3/23 and 3/29-3/30 is the Viking Experience in Oxford, NC



A Few Things to do In NC that are not so local to the Triangle Area.





The entire month of March is Cabarrus Burger Madness, which is spread out in Cabarrus County, NC.

March 1st-2nd is the Annual Winter Reds Event in Yadkin NC Wine Region.

The North Carolina Rice Festival is March 5th-8th in Winnabow, NC.

March 15th is the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Wilmington, NC.

March 20th-22nd is The Hollowed Ground Lantern Tour in New Bern, NC.

Travel Blast From the Past-Linville Falls Winery in the Mountains of NC

This blast from the past was written back in 2016.  Wow, where does the time go?  I checked to make sure it is still open, and it is. Happy day!
