Piedmont Farm Tour....Sunset Ridge Buffalo Farm, Blast From the Past-When we were allowed to travel.

Time for the 21st annual Piedmont Farm Tour. I have been on the tour one other time and I was excited to check out a few farms this year. It was held on Saturday and Sunday so we went out both days. There were 38 farms on the tour. We were able to visit 4.....
Caleb, Erica, and Kathiey's farm adventure. The first farm on our list was a buffalo farm in Roxboro.

As we arrived we saw the buffalo in the field. It was at some distance but they were amazing.
The storm clouds were moving in as we drove up the road to check in for our adventure.
We made it to the gazebo just in time. It poured. No worries though. We enjoyed a buffalo burger while sitting beside a beautiful lake. Life is good. (Caleb wanted nothing to do with the burger. He had chips:-)



Caleb and Erica ventured down the trail to get a bit closer to the buffalo. After this visit, Caleb was able to add the term cow pie to his vocabulary. Although, I guess it was actually buffalo pie.






We had a great day at the buffalo farm. What a unique and lovely place.

A Recreated Outfit For September 2023-Fall Fashion Look I found on Amazon

I am so glad...fall is nearly here.  It has been a sweltering and humid summer, and yes, it is still that way today, but now that we have hit September, there is hope.   I love fall and winter weather and fall and winter fashion.  With that in mind, I have selected the September outfit I want to recreate.  I found the outfit on Pinterest.  I went to Amazon to see if I could recreate the look and will go into my closet to see if I can come close to creating the outfit.  What is nice about this look is that if it gets too hot outside, you can easily remove the sweater.
