Best Olive Oil to use for Salads according to The Foods Guy
Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, they list it as best in class, flavor, and price. I did read in a Woman's Day article that Extra virgin olive oil is best for "savory cooking, sauteing, stir-frying, roasting and marinating and is the best choice for bread dipping and salad dressing".
I found this definition of what Extra Virgin Olive Oil is on The Kitchn
Extra-virgin olive oil is an unrefined oil and the highest-quality olive oil you can buy. There are very specific standards oil has to meet to receive the label “extra-virgin.” Because of the way extra-virgin olive oil is made, it retains the more true olive taste and has a lower level of oleic acid than other olive oil varieties. It also contains more of the natural vitamins and minerals found in olives.
