Churches and Cemeteries Tour 
I made an attempt to find out how many Churches were in New Bern but all I could come up with was a local map that looked to have approx. 20 churches listed.
I walked the downtown streets of New Bern taking in the beauty of the churches.
The steepled skyline is beautiful.

Places-Hiking A Linville Falls Trail in North Carolina.

I honestly can't tell you the name of the trail that Erica and took on our hike.  You go to the Linville Falls Visitors Center,  turn left, and take the path down.  After doing a bit of research, I think it is the Linville Falls Plunge Basin Trail.  It is a more challenging trail then the hike to the right of the visitor center, although that one is lovely. Travel Blast From the Past-Linville Falls Winery in the Mountains of NC

This blast from the past was written back in 2016.  Wow, where does the time go?  I checked to make sure it is still open, and it is. Happy day!   I love to try new recipes. If I don't sit down and make a list of new recipes to try or old recipes to re-explore, I will not make an effort to try the foods that sound delicious to me. So that is what I decided to do.
