Monday Morning Motivation…"Door of Hope"

"Of course you'll encounter trouble. But behold a God of power who can take any evil  and turn it into a door of hope" Catherine Marshall Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27 Happy Monday Everyone! Enjoy Your World:-)

Monday Morning Motivation….."Nothing Can Separate Us From the Love of God"

"Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to  separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord"   Romans 8:39 Nothing can separate us from the love of God….
Not being rich or being poor…..
Not good health or illness….
Not being cherished or being thrown away….
Not being happy or depressed….
Not knowing exactly who you are and where you are going or having no ideal of your future…
God's love for us is greater then all we endure or encounter and I am thankful for that love!
Happy Monday Everyone.

My Style….Kathiey's Polyvore

I have been having fun with a site called Polyvore.  I have started to develop my own looks at Kathiey's Ployvore.  My goal is to get as close to the items that I can with the lowest possible price.  First I went closet shopping and came pretty darn close…

So I am happy with what I found.  Very close….I really do want that bracelet though and the earrings.  I may have to find a sale to complete the outfit.  But for now this works just fine.
Try a new outfit.  Enjoy your world:-)

Monday Morning Motivation….The Power Behind the Promise of a Prayer….

I would not be here today if it were not for the prayers that have been offered for me.  All the many prayers going up on my behalf help me get through each day.  They give me strength and hope.
God has put so many people in my path since my transition began.  It is amazing to me. Yesterday was no exception….
I needed to go to the grocery store to pick up one thing.  Seemed like a waste to leave the house for one item but I decided to just do it.  I went to a local grocery store.  There was a man sitting in one of those motorized grocery carts just outside the door.  He greeted me with a smile and I returned his greeting.  I went in the store, picked up my item, and headed out the door.  As I entered the foyer of the store I saw the man backed against the wall in his cart.  As I left I smiled and told him "have a nice evening".  He hesitated a moment and say "Ma'am, could you help out a homeless man?" The first thought that came to my mind was "n…

Monday Morning Motivation

I don't know how long it takes to get over being thrown away.  I guess I have to keep giving it to God. I know I did not deserve this and there is no way I would want him back but it still remains difficult to change the entire direction of your life at someone else's whim. One thing that never changes is God and for that I am thankful:-)

It is the Lord who goes before you.  He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed" Deuteronomy 31:8 ESV
